------- Additional comments from [email protected] Fri Feb 20 18:15:35 +0000 2009 ------- When I tried to download OpenOffice 3, during the installation I got the following error which cancelled the installation. Open Office.org 3.0 Installation Wizard Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file c:\WINDOWS\Installer\oppenoffice24.msi. I tried download several times but always got the same error message and the installation was aborted. Hoping that I could remove OpenOffice 2.4 and start fresh and download OpenOffice 3.0. However, I got the same error message and could not remove OpenOffice 2.4 from Add/Remove in Windows XP PRO SP3. I would sincerely appreciate someone's help.
