Please try the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/). Sometimes it might happen that the
Windows installer can't remove installed software. With this tool you can remove
the defect Office keys of the registry. After using this tool you can delete
the OOo 2.4 folders.
