Open office 3.0.1 running on Windows Server 2003, 64 bit and Red Hat Linux
x86_64 with Java version 1.6.0_12 will not open an xml file as a spreadsheet in
Calc. It will either open as a delimited text file or it will open in Writer
as
a text file.

The simplified xml code:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<?mso-application progid="Excel.Sheet"?>
<Workbook xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:spreadsheet"
xmlns:x="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:excel"
xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"
xmlns:ss="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:spreadsheet"
xmlns:html="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40";>
<Worksheet ss:Name="test">
</Worksheet>
</Workbook>

was used, which opens up fine in Microsoft Excel. If I generate an xml file
using Open Office Calc, this will also not open up as a Spreadsheet, it also
opens as a Text file.
