*shrug*, if its by design then fine, still seems odd to me though that, e.g.
rm -rf ~/.openoffice.org
export LANG=mai_IN.UTF-8
/opt/openoffice.org3/program/swriter
shows a "blank" for "default languages for documents" under CTL, but getting the
locale info filled out is more interesting anyway.
