This seems to conflict with MRU's interpretation of how styles are applied (see
Issue # 97528).
MRU contends that if the User has made specific changes to a section of
content, e.g. Italics on text, that applying a new style to that content should
not alter the User defined specifics, e.g. text style will be switched, but the
Italics would remain in Italics. Essentially this could be restated as, if
content has been altered from the Style's default settings, then applying a new
style should leave the altered settings intact.
In this case, following MRUs example, I have reset the background color on the
circle object, but when I apply a new style this is ingored and over written.
Either MRU is right, or you are right, but not both. If you believe that your
interpretation is correct please reopen issue # 97528 and notify MRU of their
error.
thanks.
