- click in the first cell in the 2d table
- press Enter
-> you now have an empty paragraph between page break and 2d table
- delete the page break using backspace
If and only if you have no paragraph between 1st table and page break:
- click in the last cell of the 1st table
- press Alt+Enter
- press Del to remove the page break.
