A page break is normally a property of the first paragraph of a page. If a table
is the first thing on the page, then it is a property of the table. Therefore
open the property dialog of the table, tab "Text Flow" and remove the break
there. It is the same place as you would use for paragraphs.
You might think, that there is a usability problem. Then it would be an
enhancement. But I think, we need not a new issue for that, but issue 32142
covers already this problems.
