When creating the TOC in Writer, uncheck the option "protect against manual changes". Then you you will be able to delete or edit the TOC in Word. Alternatively you can select "Tools.Unprotect document" in MS Word to remove the protection. Ad 2. Please attach a sample document to show the problem. Otherwise we won't be able to reproduce the problem here (and fix it). With my test documents the scenario works correctly. Ad 3. Please file a new issue for this problem. As stated in the mentioned "Basic rules", there should only be one problem per issue. Additionally attach a document to show the problem. Ad 4. This problem is already tracked as issue 100858. Please note that you should attach documents in native odt format as long as these issues occur during the export to MS Word format.
