After looking at the installed extensions during installation I decided there are to many. Now I have disabled the unnecessary ones and now the problem SEEMED to have gone away. After checking the same on another machine we suspected the Wiki Publisher extension to cause the problem. But now it seem thats opening <tools><extension manager> and then enabling or disabling extensions makes the problem go away - UNTIL you restart Writer.
