------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Apr 30 04:42:22 +0000 2009 ------- Can you test followings: - List every extensions you have installed now to be able to re-install them later. - While OOo is NOT running, rename your user profile: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\OpenOffice.org3 to something like: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\OpenOffice.org3_old - then restart and work with a new profile -> does the problem still happen? a) Yes: this is caused by the bundled extensions or something else: Uninstall each bundled extension, restart OOo each time and see which extension causes the problem. b) NO: re- install every non-bundled extension you had, restart OOo each time and see which extension causes the problem. If the problem still happens with NO extension installed OR does not happen with all your extensions: your current profile has a problem we cannot reproduce.
