When you type "真" into a cell, the default format is "Boolean Value". BTW, I also tried to this: first format a cell to "Boolean Value", then type "true" (it will be Boolean Value type), then format the cell to "Text". It will remain the text "true". So in conclusion, "true" works very logically and reasonably and "真" works very differently compared to "true".
