pardon me, but a listbox on an option page that nobody finds that configures the
on/off behavior of a single checkbox seems a tad overengineered to me.
Especially since it does not satisfy you requirement that a site administrator
can force collation to off.
How about you get the configuration file entry for the site administrator that
supports "Collate persistent (as last state)" and "Never collate" ? Please be
also advised, that we're talking only the print dialog here, not whatever any
script will do if printing a document.
