tl->jo0174: You should ask in the lingucomponent mailing-list if someone has a
macro that can created user-dictionaries. If I remember correctly someone posted
once posted a link there to a macro that would take all words in the document
(one word per line?) and add them to a user-dictionary.

Another approach would be to create a hunspell dictionary with the respective
tool and then make a dictionary extension from that one.
