Please describe the problem exactly. Does that mean that 2-3 lines of a
paragraph are left alone at the end/top of a page OR on the contrary that
paragraph lines hold together living a blank area at the end/top of a page?
Else, there are to many "sometimes" and "from time to time" in your report and
your document is +400 pages long so that it makes it very random for us to be
able to REPRODUCE the problem.
Please try to find a specific area in the document where the problem always
happens doing specific manipulations. Isolate and surround the problem.
For now this report is unfortunately invalid.
