The formula has to be
=WENN(D3<25;0.05;WENN(D3<30;0.06WENN(D3<35;0.08;WENN(D3<40;0.09;WENN(D3<45;0.10;WENN(D3<50;0.15))))))
and the cell have to be formated as currency
