------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Jun 25 20:26:29 +0000 2009 ------- After getting production up and running again (by recoding to avoid Conditional Formatting) I attacked the problem at hand. I installed OOo 3.1.0 on a PC that has never had any OpenOffice.org products installed and everything worked just fine. I reinstalled 3.1.0 on my test PC that has had all OOo programs since day one (in fact I started using StarOffice when that was released for Windows), but the problem still existed. I then went through a major clean-up to get rid of most OOo related information on my PC (primarily the Registry, with a number of reboots in between), then reinstalled OOo 3.1.0 and now it works OK. It is my belief that some incompatible file from the previous version was being used. I cannot remember having seen any documentation that states that you must first deinstall OOo before you reinstall a new version. Please close this issue.
