This issue is not a duplicate of issue 91013.
First investigation reveals the following:
The drawing objects, which are displayed wrong are not arrows. These are
embedded graphics and the graphic is given in the metafile format. All the
incorrect displayed graphics have a set a negative rotation which seems to cause
the troubles.
The same defect occurs in Draw - see attached Draw document which I created in
OOo 3.0 by copy-and-paste of the drawing object from Writer to Draw. The
interesting drawing objects are named in this document by WRONG_1, WRONG_2, ...
