So if I want to combine fruit....2,3 with the other fruit entry I have to enter
"fruit" as keyword and "fruit" as 1st key?
In that case I still think it is a bug. Who on earth would consider current
behaviour as correct? It doesn't make any sense.

I'll keep the bug as closed/invalid for now to try out the workaround. If it
works this issue will have a lower priority. I still think it is broken.
