I created a WRITER document with Italian text with 3.1.0, reopened it with 3.2.0
(Where I do not have Italian UI and dict), saved and reopened. Menu 'Format ->
Character ... -> Font - Language' still shows Italian language. Additionally I
can't see any difference between document opened with 3.2.0 an document saved
with 3.2.0 and reopened.
I doubt that such problem would eb limited to WRITER.

Please attach sample documents (CALC, WRITER) which such an "exotic" language.
Please contribute a clear step by step instruction containing all observations
(error
messages ...), _every_key_press_and_every_mouse_click_ how to reproduce the
problem, and explain why you believe that your results are unexpected.
That means (for example):
do not write something like „I am not able to ...“, but
„6. left mouse click on …
expected: …, color of … changes, …
actual: no …., color remains white, no …
do not write something like "do some manipulation in XML and you will see
what happens", but mention any little detail what you did, so that the test
can be reproduced easily without any knowledge concerning
"OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications"
