When using the functions QUOTIENT and MOD to calculate quotients and remainders
OOo gives the following output:

OOo:
dividend divider quotient remainder divider*quotient+remainder
 5 4 1 1 5
-5 4 -1 3 -1 *
 5 -4 -1 -3 1 *
-5 -4 1 -1 -5

Cases 2 and 3 (marked with *) do not seem to follow mathematical definition
(divider * quotient + remainder = dividend). There are only two legal
definitions of quotient and remainder that I am aware of:

Alt.1: Quotient rounded to zero, remainder has same sign as dividend
dividend divider quotient remainder divider*quotient+remainder
 5 4 1 1 5
-5 4 -1 -1 -5
 5 -4 -1 1 5
-5 -4 1 -1 -5

Alt.2: Quotient rounded to -inf, remainder has same sign as divider
dividend divider quotient remainder divider*quotient+remainder
 5 4 1 1 5
-5 4 -2 3 -5
 5 -4 -2 -3 5
-5 -4 1 -1 -5

This issue was previously discussed in:
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=75536
and it seemed like the decision was to not implement it in the broken MS Excel
way but the behaviour in 3.1.0 is still broken. If this is really the desired
behaviour I feel that this should be reflected in the function wizard somehow
and warn users that QUOTIENT and MOD do not behave as expected.
