Currently I see the problem on 1 of my 3 PC. Deleting 'config directory
openoffice.org' ("Anwendungsdaten" did not heal the problem. Same negative
result when I deleted Program folder (after uninstall, before new installation).
Currently my result is that I can't install any language pack that I had
installed under 3.0.1, but not under 3.1.0:
No problems with ar, nl, fi,
No installation possible for en-us, fr, es; for these Language packs
installation breaks shortly after the language packs files have been unpacked by
installer.
Reduced Priority because it's not a general problem with the language packs.
