------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sun Sep 13 05:01:38 +0000 2009 ------- This comment is an addition to my previous comment meant for clarification. As far as the Web browsers and "My Computer" goes, if a slide bar appears for a web page in a browser or a folder window on the Windows Vista OS, using "Home" or "Ctrl+Home" or "Shift+Home" leads to the window moving up, the case is opposite for "Ctrl+End": 1) In case of a browser, on a web page that is long such that a scroll bar appears, the browser is supposed to move to the top of the webpage for all or some of the combinations listed in my previous comments. 2) In case of a folder window opened after opening "My computer", going into the desired drive and moving into a folder that is big so that the scroll bar appears, we may move to the top of the window using "Ctrl+Home", "Shift+Home", or just using "Home. I found this was true for The use of "Ctrl+Home" seems natural as many functions on professional softwares like MS Word, MS PowerPoint use various features involving the "Ctrl" key like "Ctrl+O" for "Open", "Ctrl+S" for "Save", "Ctrl+P" for "print", "Ctrl+Q" for "exit", "Ctrl+N" for "New". I think having "Ctrl+Home" for navigating to the top or bottom of the "slides" window appears more natural and has the advantage of being easy to remember, being part of a trend of using a key in conjuction with the "Ctrl" key. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
