AW: (2) is done. Moved CutFindProcessor to drawinglayer, adapted usages, added a
'AnyHit' feature to it. Used now in 3D HitTest (in HitTestProcessor2D in case
PRIMITIVE2D_ID_SCENEPRIMITIVE2D). Also sppeeded up isInside for B3DPolygon case
in basegfx; it no longer transforms the polygon to 2D and uses the 2D test,
instead adapted all three 3d cases to the 2d algo.
