I am using the german Version of OOo 3.1.1 OOO310m19 (Build 9420) on Windows XP
(german).

When I want to open or save a file I always get the OOo Dialog and not the
native Windows Explorer Dialog. I tried:
* Deleting Application Data: (Close OOo completely, delete
%appdata%\openoffice.org, open OOo). I had to go through the initial setup but
the Dialogs stayed the OOo way.
* Disabled "OpenOffice.org-Dialoge verwenden" in "Extras > Optionen:
Openoffice.org > Allgemein". Nothing happend but the value is stored in the
Common.xcu.

In "C:\Dokumente und
Einstellungen\Alex\Anwendungsdaten\OpenOffice.org\3\user\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\Common.xcu"
the Value "UseSystemFileDialog" is set to true, so it should use the native
Windows XP Explorer dialog.
