Not reproducible when executing following steps:
- using an MS-Office 2007 on WinXP
- open a *.doc file with this office from a samba-share
- using an OOo 3.1.1 on SuseLinux 10.1
- Trying to open the same .doc file with this OOo 3.1.1
results in a locking-warning, stating that the file has already been locked and
can only be opened in readonly mode or as a copy.
