------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Oct 14 10:18:13 +0000 2009 ------- Hm, this is very strange. Is this reproducable? Do always the same clients have these problems? So may it depend from the Windows version? The only special thing of this executables is, that they are linked into the startmenu. So how about these links, are they created during installation? And are they available, after you copied the exe-files into their correct location? The log files you are talking about: Are the log files of your tivoli system or of the Windows Installer? I would suggest to make a verbose Windows Installer log of the installation. Perhaps we can find a hint in the log file by grepping for this executables. The command is: msiexec.exe /i <msidatabase> /l*v <logfile> By the way: What happens if you install without the Tivoli system? Can you see the problem in this case too, or does it only occur when installation is done with the Tivoli system? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
