Hello Ralf,
I never had problems like these before, but as is suggested, I propose that you
try installation "by hand" without the Tivoli tool, i.e. just entering the
install command on the command line.
Does it work then? I tend to think that Tivoli is the culprit, but I don't know
what it actually can do wrong...
