The idea with "include" is, to make it possible to print in manually duplex.
This should work for N-Up too, not only for brochure. Therefore it has got a
separate section.
But currently it is not possible to print N-Up layout in manually duplex,
because for N-Up layout "include" does not effect the sheets of paper, but the
document pages.
