I do not think that this problem is resolved. With the two examples I provided
it's true but outlining still messes up. I have attached another example, as you
can see everything is fine until the last line where I put a note. I started
this document from scratch, selected the outline format and just by pushing
enter all the sudden the last line started indenting for no reason. If I move
around the top "notches" on the ruler bar I can adjust it but it does it
automatically, not sure why.
