Have the same install (MacBook Pro 10.5.8, external keyboard & 1980*1050 22"
Monitor). Works perfect:
Starting OOo 3.1.1 when only the external Monitor is used (lid closed), the A4
page opens at 100% and is
A4 on the Monitor (you may cover it with a page of paper - it fits), all
controls are the right size...
