Cannot reproduce on Vista.
Please detail:
- which languages your keyboard bar supports (are active)
- which settings (in settings dialog and in the context menu of the toolbar) are
defined.
- If the toolbar is docked or not
- how you switch to OOo/other application (shortcut? Mouse?)
- are you using more than 1 monitor?
