------- Additional comments from [email protected] Tue Nov 24 10:40:18 +0000 2009 ------- For further submissions please note: 1) An issue must be reproducible: add a sample doc and a description which lead us to the same result as the (defect) document. If you cannot reproduce the problem, we won't do either and won't be able to fix it. Apparently it happened 1 time so it is not reproducible, at least you didn't try to reproduce it to give here an exact description of the cause. All the things you've done before discovering the graphics where gone may or may not have caused the problem. You could have said "I drunk a coffee and had a walk", it would be the same. 2) complain: this is a question of approach... "Complaining" is useless (emotional stuff like "you have so many issues!", "I won't advice your software"...), reporting is useful: reporting accurately about facts which are of interest for the issue. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
