Click Menu->File->Export as PDF
In the dialog check the option 'PDF/A-1a'

After clicking export and clicking save in the file dialog there pops up an
error dialog that reports a problem caused by a transparent object.
There should not be such an error dialog because the user has not added any
transparent objects to his document.
