I divided my document into separate subdocuments with a master document
containing all the chapters.
Before doing this division, I have been delivering two versions of each chapter:
one with changes shown since last time and one without showing the changes.

Now that I've divided my document into separate chapters, I can show changes in
the subdocument, but (a) the chapter-page numbers don't show up properly in the
subdocument, (b) cross-references to other subdocuments show up as "Reference
source not found".

When I'm in the master document, "Show Changes" needs to show all the changed
sections, with change bars.
