Reproducible with "Unbenannt 1.doc" "Ooo 3.2.0 RC1 WIN XP DE-multilingual
version German UI activated [OOo320m8 (Build 9472)]"!
Steps to reproduce:
0. open new "Unbenannt 1.doc"
1. Save as .odt
2. Save as WORD95 .doc and close
3. open with MS WORD VIEWER
everything looks fine (so save-export seems ok)
4. close
6. Open with OOo
Expected: äöü ...
Actual: ﾄﾖﾜ ...
For me that's only reproducible with sample document and WORD95 format, not with
own new WRITER document and / or WIRD97 format.

"97-2003"?
