Such changes are likely because different fonts are used. As I can see from your
screen shots, you use "Arial narrow" on OS X, but a different font (looks like
"Arial") on Windows. Therefore a line on Windows is longer than a line on OS X
and will wrap, which makes the table cell higher.

Please make sure, that the used fonts are installed on both operating systems,
otherwise a replacement is done. In addition, if the fonts have the same name
but different font formats, the metric might differ too. But the latter
differences are often not as large as I see it in your screen shots. So I guess
that "Arial narrow" is missing on Windows.
