I didn't have any idea to reproduce the problem also under 64 bit with 3.2.RC1
vanilla
but I can reproduce it under Debian Sid 64 bit 3.1.1-12
About the reason I figured out the following steps
The problem doesn't appear directly after "autosave".
After editing some text I get to pages.
The problem appears if I scroll back to the first page
I will attach a screenshot of the result file
