------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon Jan 25 13:10:04 +0000 2010 ------- Hi, As an example: a) you have a OOorg text document with address fields (i.e., name, city, etc.); b) you have a data base, based on a table sheet with addresses; c) now you want to address your text document to a number of people in you address table - but not to all!! d) so you select the addresses either by clicking the desired entries that show up on the screen ahead of the document after you pushed the data base button, or you use the filter option for the selection; e) than you press the merger button, expecting to get the document addressed to the people you selected; f) instead, you get the document addressed to all the people in your data base table. Thats what happens - and this is what I want to report; that's all. Maybe this problem belongs in an other application category than "word processor", but how should I know as a user of the word processor, where it really belongs to?
