------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Jan 28 02:28:58 +0000 2010 ------- I uninstalled as much of 3.11 as I could (what was left after the first RC 4 install) and ran CCleaner to cleanup the registry. I redownloaded RC 4 directly from OpenOffice.org. When I reinstalled RC 4, I got the same error message. The 1310 error occurs during the "Registering Product" phase (after the OpenOffice shortcut is copied to the desktop).
