------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Jan 28 03:06:31 +0000 2010 ------- I enabled the viewing of hidden files and folders and was able to locate the templates folder in C:\Users\John\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice.org. I deleted the OpenOffice.org folder and tried to reinstall. I received the Error 1310 again. It looks like OO is trying to write msvcr90.dll to the C:\Windows\Winsxs\InstallTemp\20100127204959061.0 folder. I deleted the msvcr90.dll file while I had the 1310 error on the screen and pressed Retry. It went a little further but gave the error 1935.
