confirmed, creating an Edit Form control with 2" width and 1" height (to have
simple values resulting in the PDF file which measures in points) shows, that
the border in 2" and 1" and the resulting field is a little smaller. This is
done explicitly in pdfwriter_impl.cxx.
@fs,aw: What's you opinion ? Should the field size be including or excluding
borders ?
