If I turn off "Show Changes", then I can see the text. Text that was not changed shows up. Zooming in or out does not change the visibility of the changed text. I'm using fonts "Liberation Sans", "Dejavu Sans Mono", but that doesn't seem to make a difference. Changing the font to Times New Roman doesn't show up either.
