OpenOffice 3.2 (RC4) installs ok but fails at startup with a javaldx symbol (sal_detail_initialize) problem. ldd also showed dependency on not-present libm.so.2. With the 9_Recommended patch set (as of 17/10/2009) applied, OpenOffice now fails at startup with libc.so.1 version dependency failure (SUNW_1.22 required by libvclss.so). OpenOffice 3.2 does work fine on SPARC Solaris 10 (tested on 5/08).
