wontfix/invalid.

Excel doesn't support different start-dates and thus there is no way to save
this information within the xls file.
Thus OOo assumes the date that excel uses.

The setting only affects to what date the stored values correspond to. No matter
what the setting is, a value of 1234,5 will still be saved as 1234.5
Whether that will be displayed as 1903-05-18 12:00 or 1903-05-20 12:00 is up to
the setting.

So: Don't use that setting. It cannot be saved in the excel format. It is only
for compatibility for special circumstances. There is no reason to not use the
default for new documents.

To adapt your document, copy the value 2 (corresponds to two days) and use paste
special over the cells with date and use add/substract (depending on the
direction you want to go).
