Just happened to me, when installing OOo 3.2 on a fresh installed WinXP SP 3
without a prior installed JRE.
(see screenshot attached)
Seems that some functionality in the FirstStartWizard needs the JRE.
Bad thing, because unexperienced users must believe, that JRE is mandatory for
running OOo. Of course it´s not. But that´s what the users are told by the
programme itself on its first start.
