------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon Mar 22 13:50:11 +0000 2010 ------- I'm using Acrobat Reader 9.3.1 and ghostview 4.9 displays the same output, so I'm quite sure that is not a problem of the PDF viewer. The same problem occurs on OpenOffice3.2 for Mac where I'm using the standard PDF viewer.
