Also in version OO.o 1.9.95 the mistake still exists, but now OO.o crashes after
showing the template i.e. for "letter" or "fax". Before it crashed without
showing the template but with a message from WinXP as remarked before. Again
something has changed but it's not healed. I'm not sure if this is a duplicate
of 46909. So I prefer to reopen the issue
