@jcorrius: As qcv is a reserved-for-local-use code one can do with that what one
pleases as long as the use is local, e.g. use that for a localization. However,
distributing documents containing that code would not be a local use and should
be refrained from. I presume those guys won't care about that in their own
build, but ... we do not offer Valencian as a language selection for document
content.
Btw, which mail on what list are you referring? I didn't see any.
