The attached document is no valid ODF-document, it is even no valid Zip-package.
The problem is that general purpose bit flag of at least "mediatype" stream has
different values in Central Directory and in the local header. This is treated
as a sign of corruption by OOo.
The mentioned above experiment helps because the file is re-zipped. As result a
correct package is created. Currently the OOo ignores non-existent entries in
manifest.xml, that looks to be wrong. I will open an issue to correct it.
