Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]", "Ooo-Dev 3.3
multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [DEV300_m76 (Build 9491)]"!
The problem only occurs if the unselected, not deleted cells are with contents,
empty cells will not be marked as changed.
